Of course. When you let go of attachment to the outcome, the outcome reveals itself to you, often to your surprise and delight.
This week, I meditated twice! I was probably coming up on a desperate need to do it, and I think that was a big motivation this week. Too many exams and deadlines have made my mind jumbled and seeking care.
And you know what? It was every bit as wonderful as it used to be and as I needed it to be. It gets addictive; you start to crave it when you don’t have it.
It’s brilliant, the art of sitting down, releasing the senses, and breathing. Try it sometime. 🙂

Driving Forces: Too many exams used to restrain me, now it motivates me.

Possible Actions to Overcome/Enhance Forces: I have set out my mala next to my bed as a physical reminder. I am now very excited to continue meditating.
